Obama has won
Nov. 4th, 2008 06:48 pmSo... with the states whose results make them look pretty much guaranteed to go towards Obama combined with Oregon, California, and Hawaii which are predicted to go to Obama... Obama has only to get 5 more electoral votes, which he could easily get from any of Washington, Colorado, Nevada, Virgina, or Iowa, all of which were already leaning towards Obama in yesterday's polls.
This race isn't over yet, but McCain will have to all FOUR of those states in order to win at this point, and that's NOT very likely at all. Furthermore, he'd have to win all of the battleground states that remain, specifically Missouri, Indiana, North Carolina, AND Florida.
Obama has this election. It's time for McCain to pack up and go home.
UPDATE: And he has Iowa. Obama has won, the presidential election is over.
This is combining information from CNN and MSNBC.
