Bird droppings

A few months ago, missk suggested that I read "Codependent No more"

So I tried it out. I read the first two chapters.

I was crying nearly the entire time...

I'm not entirely certain why... except that the people I'm seeing in this book are... me... over and over again.

Much here to learn.

But too intense to continue reading tonight.
