To all of you that are going to be at Burning Man, current plans involve me leaving San Jose around 1900 on Tuesday night and driving through the night to arrive up there. Look for me at the first light of the third day.

Our current camping plans are aiming to be at between 4:30 and 6:30 on loop B, C, or D. (Probably C) My tent should be on all night so it will hopefully be easy to spot.

It's within a few hundred meters. I think the scale of Burning Man will stun you when you get there. :)

Last year we camped on the edge of 'hushville' and I think I'm probably going to aim to camp near them again. 'hushville' is slightly older people and more quiet than much the rest of Burn.

Camp Center also tends to be a bit down-tempo compared to everything else. 2 o'clock and 10'oclock are probably the most noisy/have the dirtiest bathrooms. Things get quieter the further you camp from the inner edge, of course, but also the longer you have to walk or bike to get anywhere.
