New Drawing

I've been feeling anxious when it comes to drawing for the past half-year, so I haven't done a lot lately. In the past couple months, I've been trying to get myself motivated again to get back into it and go for it. I managed to start one drawing, at least. And since I happen to be bored with nothing to do today, while waiting for the conference to start, I decided to finish this one from last December.
I call it Mountain Base.
I wanted to do something more complicated and detailed, since detail is something that I struggle with. I'm really proud of certain portions of this, and I think the overall look works, but it was really challenging for me to keep all of the shadows and shading straight. I kept erasing and restarting on various bits of it. I'd say this was my most challenging drawing yet. I'm pretty sure I've put at least 6 hours into this, if not a lot more.
In any case, I've reached a point where I'm mostly happy with this one, so I'm walking away from it. :)
