Food

I have always had a pretty big appetite. Such was evidenced by those that were on my weight loss filter and reading all the food I was eating at the beginning of my diet. Anyways, I slowly brought my food intake down further and further over the past months, but haven't really been noticing too much of a change until recently.

Healing

The real question is whether or not you are on the path to healing. It is not a process that results in success. There is no moment where you are finally healed. You are always sick and always broken. You are just reducing the sickness and brokenness from your life.

One of the worst ailments to come over people is the belief that they are already healed. That they no longer have to walk the path of healing. If you believe this, then you are not on the path of healing. If you believe this, the disease is continuing to spread.
